We are aware of the following issues currently affecting Tennis TV subscribers. We thank you for your patience while we fix these issues and submit updates to the various app stores.

If you are using Tennis TV for the first time since 7th December 2021, you will need to reset your password. Please follow the instructions via www.tennistv.com/login

PS4 App Availability
Unfortunately we are waiting for the new Tennis TV app to be published on PS4. The new app will be available on this device soon but unfortunately we are unable to estimate when.
The old app on this platform will no longer work.
In the meantime we suggest streaming on your PC/Mac and using an HDMI cable to connect to your TV in the interim, or watching on mobile (iOS and Android) and using Airplay or Chromecast. You can also use Apple TV, Android TV, Amazon Fire, Roku, Samsung TV, or LG TV.
We apologise for the inconvenience and we are working hard to make the new app available on PS4.
General TV Issues
- There is an issue with fast forward and rewind on Roku. Our team are working on fixing this, please keep an eye out for future app releases.
Mobile and Tablet Issues
- Android - the new app will not automatically be updated from the 2021 app. Users need to go to the Google Play store and download the new app here. If you have an active subscription purchased through Google Play before December 15th 2021, you will need to cancel this and resubscribe via the new app.
