We are aware of the following issues currently affecting Tennis TV. We thank you for your patience while we fix

these issues and submit updates to the various app stores. We will be updating this page as issues are resolved.

Tennis TV Maintenance
On 20th August we made some important updates to Tennis TV across all devices. Now all app and website updates have been published, please ensure that you're using the most up-to-date version of the Tennis TV app in order to start watching again. You may also be required to log in again after completing the update. The updated app versions are as follows: Apple TV, Android TV, Amazon Fire TV, Samsung TV, LG TV: 3.18.3; Roku: 4.2.0; and all Mobile apps: V4.6.

Xbox no longer supported
Unfortunately, the Tennis TV app on Xbox devices is no longer supported. Instead we recommend streaming on another device, see the full list here.

Premium Issue
Some users who have subscribed via in-app payments have reported an issue with Premium access. This is usually due to the subscription being added to the user's IAP-registered email address, rather than the email address registered on Tennis TV. If you experience this issue, please try logging in with the email address registered to your Apple or Google ID. If this does not solve the issue, please log a new support ticket above with proof of purchase, and we will look into this for you.

Amazon Fire TV Zoom Issue
We're aware of an issue causing the video player to zoom in on some streams on Amazon Fire Stick models AFTSS and AFTSSS, as well as for on-demand videos on Amazon Fire TV (OS version 7.6.1.4). We're looking into this and recommend using an alternate device if you are affected.

Fast Forward and Rewind Controls on Amazon Fire TV and Android TV

Fast forward and rewind controls are currently unavailable on Amazon Fire TV and Android TV live streams due to performance issues.

If you are experiencing any other issues, please email help@tennistv.com.
