We are aware of the following issues currently affecting Tennis TV. We thank you for your patience while we fix 

these issues and submit updates to the various app stores. We will be updating this page as issues are fixed.


Premium Issue
Some users who have subscribed via Apple have reported an issue with Premium access. This is usually due to the subscription being added to the user's Apple-registered email address, rather than the email address registered on Tennis TV. If you experience this issue, please try logging in with the email address registered to your Apple ID.


TV Error Message

Due to a database update on 30/05/2023, some subscribers who are trying to access Tennis TV on their TV devices may see an error message when using the app. If you see this, please restart the app and log in again to resolve the issue.


Video Quality on Mobile Apps
Unfortunately the streaming quality of replays and highlights is currently at a lower standard than usual on the Android mobile app, we are working on this as a priority.


Amazon Fire TV Zoom Issue
Zoom issue on VOD – affecting the Tennis TV app on Amazon Fire TV (OS version (7.6.1.4)).


Fast Forward and Rewind Controls on Amazon Fire TV, Android TV, and Apple TV
At the moment, fast forward and rewind controls are unavailable on the latest Amazon Fire TV, Android TV, and Apple TV releases (version number 3.1.8) due to performance issues.


LG webOS 3.5 - Blank Screen
We are aware of an issue with the Tennis TV app on LG webOS 3.5 where a blank screen is appearing. We are working on resolving this, in the meantime, we recommend streaming on a different device
