We are aware of the following issues currently affecting Tennis TV. We thank you for your patience while we fix

these issues and submit updates to the various app stores. We will be updating this page as issues are fixed.

Video playback issue on TVs – black screen

Users on the Tennis TV apps on LG and Samsung Smart TVs see a black screen when attempting to play a video.

Please log out and log in and then attempt playback. It may require more than one attempt to play a video in

order to achieve playback.

Amazon Fire TV Zoom Issue
Affecting the Tennis TV app on Amazon Fire TV (OS version (7.6.1.4)). The video zooms in too much on video-on-demand (VOD) content, eg. replays, highlights etc. This is due to an unexpected change made by Amazon. We recommend watching VOD on another device or using the Amazon Silk internet browser to watch replays and highlights. On Silk, we recommend selecting the 'full screen' option on the bottom right of your screen.

Fast Forward and Rewind Controls on Amazon Fire TV, Android TV and Apple TV

At the moment, fast forward and rewind controls are unavailable on the latest Amazon Fire TV, Android TV and

Apple TV releases (version number 3.1.8) due to performance issues. In the meantime, if you have paused a stream

and need to return to the live point of the match, we suggest that you return to the home page and enter the live

stream again.

PS4 App Availability

Unfortunately, the Tennis TV app is not currently available on PS4. The old app on this platform will no longer

work and we have no plans to replace it.

We suggest streaming on your PC/Mac and connecting to your TV, or watching on mobile (iOS and Android) and

using Airplay or Chromecast. You can also use Tennis TV apps for Apple TV, Android TV, Amazon Fire, Roku,

Samsung TV, or LG TV.
