If you’re sure you want to cancel, it’s easy to do so with the following steps:
If you have purchased via credit or debit card/PayPal, go to Tennis TV and log in. Visit My Account and then Subscription where you will find the option to cancel your subscription.
Please note, that this will cancel your auto-renewing subscription from the next payment. You will still have access to Tennis TV for the initial period that you subscribed for, and you will not get a refund by selecting this option.
If you have bought Tennis TV in error – or have found that you are unable to watch or use the service – please contact email@example.com to request an immediate cancellation and refund, and our customer support team will consider your request.
If you subscribed via in-app payment, e.g. through Apple, Google Play, Amazon or Roku, you will need to cancel your subscription via your settings. Please use the following instructions for each payment type:
The Tennis TV help team cannot cancel or amend subscriptions bought via these separate stores, nor can we process refunds.
If you have any issues with your subscription and you purchased via in-app payment, please contact the appropriate customer service team for the store you purchased from.
