If you are a registered user or subscriber from before 15th December 2021, you will need to reset your password via the Tennis TV website in order to access Tennis TV again.

Resetting your password is easy and will only take a few minutes. 


Please note: do not attempt to use the link in the mobile apps to reset your password. This process currently does not work correctly. Please go to the website via a computer or mobile phone browser.


Go to Tennis TV, click log in and you will be able to reset your password. You will then receive an email with a reset password link where you will be able to update your password. Then all you need to do is log in with your new password.

Please note that after 15th December 2021, you only need to reset your password once to access the new Tennis TV.

If you are having issues resetting your password, please try the following steps:

- Check you have entered your email address correctly on the reset password page
- Check that the email address you have entered is the same as the one that is linked to your account
- The reset password email might take some time to come through, please be patient but if you do not receive this at all please contact help@tennistv.com 

- Users should not sign up or create a new account if they are having issues. Please contact help@tennistv.com
