A Message From Tennis TV

With the ATP Tour suspended due to the ongoing COVID-19 crisis, we wanted to get in touch with our subscribers to help you through this difficult time.

As huge tennis fans ourselves, we share your disappointment and look forward to watching live tennis again when the Tour resumes. We also understand that, for many, tennis isn’t your main priority at the moment but can equally be a wonderful diversion and a reminder of happier times.

More than just live

We are so proud that so many of you choose Tennis TV for our comprehensive live coverage. But there’s so much more to Tennis TV than the live tennis, and we would love you to spend some time exploring the vast range of content available. You can enjoy full match replays of more than 7,000 matches, including every match streamed live on Tennis TV over the past three years and classic ATP matches dating back to 1990.

Come back to Tennis TV each day to watch something different on the main channels and delve in deeper using the dedicated tournament pages or searching for a player. Let us know which matches you are enjoying, mention @TennisTV on social media and share with your friends too!

More Classic matches

During this time, we are continuing to work hard behind the scenes to ensure you have the best possible experience with Tennis TV – now and in the future.

We are adding more classic matches and new features in the coming days and weeks. Why not download one of our smart TV apps and enjoy some historic match-ups? Use My Channel to add classic or replay matches that you might have missed or want to watch again.

We are also further improving our customer experience across our apps and listening to customer feedback to make sure that when live tennis does resume, Tennis TV remains the best place to stream all of the action.

Your subscription

We announced last week that subscribers who subscribe directly with us via credit card or PayPal will be granted a two-month extension. We have now arranged for this to be extended to 90 days, including for Apple customers paying via the App Store. This additional period will be added automatically over the next 7 days and you don’t need to do anything else.

We will continue to keep subscriptions under review and act accordingly as the global situation develops. Unfortunately we are unable to automatically add free months to customers who subscribe and pay for Tennis TV via Amazon or Roku, so please do contact our customer services team if you paid via those platforms and would like to take up this offer.

We understand that in these difficult times, you may wish to unsubscribe from Tennis TV – we wish you well and would be delighted to welcome you back when tennis resumes.

Keeping you in touch

Tennis TV will keep you in touch by email when any further announcements are made. We will also use occasional push alerts to your mobile devices to alert you to new videos – please do enable these on your phone or tablet if you would like to receive updates that way.

Our customer service team remains available to answer any questions that you might have, and our help pages will be kept updated.

We wish you and your families well, and hope we can all get together again later in the year to celebrate the return of live ATP Tour tennis.

Yours,
